Allergic reactions to shampoos, conditioners, or cleaning products.
Injuries to pets, including reactions to water temperature, equipment, or other
animals.
2. Our Promise to You
We promise to do our best to keep you and your pet safe. However, if something does
happen, you agree not to hold Dirty Pete's Self Serve Pet Wash, our owners, or our staff
responsible.
3. Your Promise to Us
You agree to help us by covering any costs if your pet causes any damage or injuries.
This includes any claims from other customers. You also agree to protect Dirty Pete's Self
Serve Pet Wash, our owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, costs, or
expenses, including legal fees, that arise from your use of our facility.
4. Facility Use Guidelines
Please supervise your pet at all times while using the facility.
Clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly.
Use equipment safely and follow posted instructions.
Ensure your pet is healthy, free of contagious diseases, and up-to-date on
vaccinations.
Aggressive pets or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the facility.
5. Security & Emergency Procedures
Our facility operates under 24-hour surveillance.
Report any facility issues or emergencies using posted contact information.
First aid kits and emergency cleaning supplies are available for your use.
6. In Case of an Emergency
If you or your pet gets hurt, you agree to let us get emergency medical help if needed.
You'll be responsible for any medical costs.
7. Smile for the Camera!
We love sharing photos of our happy customers! By using our services, you agree to let
us use photos of you and your pet for our promotions, including on social media.
9. Consent & Agreement
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily
agreed to the terms of this Self-Serve Pet Wash Waiver.
